What is Love, Lulu Mae?

Love, Lulu Mae (LLM) is a luxury accessory line hand-crafted from modern gems, vintage fabrics and exotic feathers. Each piece is inspired by the strength and elegant style of women in the 1930’s and 1940’s. They worked hard but never sacrificed their sense of style and panache. LLM strives for today’s woman to embody and express that same combination of strength and feminine style.

LLM designs have gained exposure among some of the most fashionable celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker, 80′s Pop Star Debbie Gibson (below left), Access Hollywood’s Maria Menounos (below right), Jennifer Love-Hewitt, Paris Hilton, Heidi Klum, and Drew Barrymore to name a few.  Pieces from the 2011 Fall Collection were featured in The Latin Grammy Gift Bags, Latin American Vogue Magazine, and the exclusive Celebrity Holiday in Hollywood Gift Bags. In addition, several media outlets have showered LLM with rave reviews. DailyCandy.com dubs the  latest designs as “head-turning” while NBC Chicago states Agnes as “… a bold and glamorous accessory designer.”  Agnes is the recipient of the “2011 Cheekiest Girl of the Year” by NBC Chicago.

What Are Your Shipping Rates?

All domestic orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation for a flat rate of $5.00. Please allow 5-7 days for order to ship. LoveLuluMae.com will apply a 9.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Illinois. If you need an item by a specific time please contact us. Messenger service is available for downtown Chicago and suburbs (cost to be determined at the time of service needed).

International orders are shipped via USPS international priority.  All international customers are responsible for customs fees within their given country. Please check with your local customs office for further inquiries. If you have an account with UPS or FedEx and would like us to ship your item using your account number, we are happy to oblige. Please email us prior to your order to arrange shipment.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the custom nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive the piece as promised and work with you to make your Love, Lulu Mae experience the best possible! If you are unsure about a piece, please feel free to contact us. We are more than happy to give you any information that you may need to make your purchasing decision.

Are You Animal and Earth Friendly?

Love, Lulu Mae LOVES all animals big and small and truly cares about the environment. That is why our hat boxes and tissue paper/ribbons are composed of recycled materials and most feathers are collected from various farms, including local ones. All feathers are washed, rinsed and dyed with the earth in mind.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our online store. We also accept local COD.
