We prefer to work 3 months prior to your wedding date, however, if you are in need of a piece sooner… let us know! We will do our very best to accommodate you.

Shipping & Handling Information

All domestic orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation for a flat rate of $5.00. Please allow 5-7 days for order to ship. LoveLuluMae.com will apply a 9.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Illinois. If you need an item by a specific time please contact us. Messenger service is available for downtown Chicago and suburbs (cost to be determined at the time of service needed).

International orders are shipped via USPS international priority. All international customers are responsible for customs fees within their given country. Please check with your local customs office for further inquiries. If you have an account with UPS or FedEx and would like us to ship your item using your account number, we are happy to oblige. Please email us prior to your order to arrange shipment.
